This will work using any oem or aftermarket distributor

Assuming you have aquired a "obd0 to obd1 conversion harness", a obd1 ecu and a obd1 distributor..... this is how to make an adapter to allow your new distributor to work.
For a nicer/cleaner install get your hands on the MALE side of both obd1 distributor plugs(the two wire plug and the 7 wire plug) and the FEMALE side of both obd0 distributor plugs(these are attached to your old distributor).

Now wire the male and female plugs together following this diagram.

when you are done you will have a plug and play adapter for your obd0 to 0bd1 conversion, this will allow you to replace your distributor without cutting wires in the future.
