First, aftermarket HUs will not come with a 6 disc changer, unless you buy a "package" deal.

Although there are adapters that allow you to add an aftermarket multi-disc changer to your stock HU, I know of no such adapters that would allow the use of a stock changer with an aftermarket HU. 94

Are you talking about a stock in-dash 6 disk changer or the one in the trunk?

Either way, you will not be able to use the stock charger with the aftermarket HU. 94

Yes, actually you will disconnect it when you remove the stock HU. 94

You can always get a head unit that allows you to control your IPOD through it. Assuming, that you have/get an IPOD that is.
