IMO Skunk2 is some of the best for the price but it is all about what you want. Skunk2 is good for lowering and Tein is good for handling its just what you are looking for in your suspension.

i'm looking for more of a smooth ride and good handling. i want it low but not too low maybe 2-2.5". the problem it that even at a 2" drop my rex still looks like its a stock height. right now i'm rolling on some cheap ass coilovers and some shocks that don't exactly work that great. every little bump feels like my car is going to fall apart and this is my daily driver so it blows big time. i'm also on a budget. somewhere around 300-350 bucks for both shocks and springs. coilovers are too expensive. well good ones anyhow. if anyone knows of a good setup for that price range let me know. thanks
