Nice setup. How is the Inline pro headgasket working for you?

Very Nice, one day I will do a turbo s2k
I assume stock bottom end and and stock head? I know that Inline has had Much success with stock motots and their head gasket, they have made 520whp at 20psi with a stock motor

97 Integra 4door GSR- 84mm Ls/Vtec T67- 433whp @ 16psi-Sold and missed

I'm not sure how the inline gasket will work for me as I've opted to mate it with ARP studs torqued to 80 lb/ft with their moly lube (I will re torque after a few heat cycles). I've heard some stories of the gasket not holding up with the ARPs for some reason, if it doesn't last I'll be going back to OEM head bolts.

I do plan on daily driving at ~450hp/300tq which should be attainable ~14psi with this manifold/turbo. Stock bottom and top ends. The car used to be supercharged and produced 320whp @ 7psi.

do you think you will have any drivetrain issues with the rear end? or is that usually from abuse with high traction tires?

I like the setup, except that turbo, IMO, is serious overkill for your power goals on that stock motor.

You're gonna get unnecessary lag for that power setting.

The 14psi and ~450hp is my "low boost" setting for being daily driven. Had 450 been my ultimate goal I would have gone with a GT3076R. Also, looking at the compressor maps of the two (GT3582R and GT3076R) and doing some math, I will be at 77%-78% efficiency with the 35R at 14psi compared to ~74%-75% with the 30R. The research was done and I didn't just throw on a big pretty looking turbo. Right around 450hp is when the 30R will start to run out of steam. This is a top end car, I want the turbo to still be pushing a decent amount of air up top. The 35R should be spooled ~4000rpm, which doesn't bother me one bit.

Generally these diffs are known to go out due to hard abuse. I do plan on getting a puddymod differential built with a solid steel sleeve, which should hold up pretty well, I've yet to hear of one breaking. http://www.hardtopguy.com/stor...age=1

a better pic of the manifold bracing if possible. Where did you get the brace and hem joints?

140sx: I fabbed up the bracing myself using a 3/8" aluminum plate and tig welding it. I just used some rod ends for the braces.

CBoardman: I live ~2 miles from Strongsville, what part are you from?

DfwBB6: I got the exhaust for free and just a few days ago butchered it up (took out a resonator, all straight back now. Pics below)

I still need to do some heat wrapping, swap out injectors, relocate the battery/fuse box, do a passenger side wire tuck, and a few other minor things before it gets tuned.

Here's a quick video of a startup and blipping below 3000rpm while checking everything over. The down pipe was rattling, don't mind it.

Here are a few more pictures:

And the modified exhaust:
