Already searched, didnt see one.

Is there a guide out there?

If not, could someone perhaps "lend" me a few pages scanned out of their personal factory service manual?

There's only a small page on the Timing Belt in the Manual
1999 Accord Owners Manual

"Timing Belt
The timing belt and balancer belt (4-cylinder models only) should normally be replaced at the intervals show in the maintenance schedule.

Replace these belts at 60,000 miles (U.S.) or 100,000 km (Canada) if you regularly drive your car in one or more of these conditions
In very high temperatures
(over 110F)
In very low temperatures
(under -20F)"

Thats all it states in the manual

In the maintenance schedule
It says to replace it at:

105,000 Miles

There is a write up in the FAQ section, very similar engine/T-belt replacement
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1908944

Diagnose, Diagnose, and PROVE IT.
Then and only then replace the part.

http://www.oplin.org/databases...n%3dy

Library card number: 123456789

Select : Hudson library of...

Then; "Auto repair reference center"

1998/Honda/Accord/your engine-trim/Repair Procedures/Engine And Engine Overhaul/

I wish i knew about that one a long time ago hehe

don't see that as an option...

besides, I like my write-up

in all seriousness though, my write-up will work. I am currently helping a friend with his GSR motor in a Civic (more than just timing belt) and everything is very similar (enough that I could figure it out without the specific manual for that motor) even though it's a DOHC and no balancer shafts. So I have no doubt that someone with a SOHC F series engine could use my write-up to replace the timing belt, balancer shaft belt and water pump
