I have the power fc w/ commander on my car. I will probably go boost within the next 6 months but I was wondering what you guys think about the power fc. Do you think I should change it to something else or will I be fine?

Just out of curiousity, why cant you run above 10 psi? I heard it was a great stand alone. However I dont know much about tuning.

The stock map sensor does not work properly much above 10 PSI.
The Power FC Commander is a pain in the ass to tune.
The FC Commander Pro cable and laptop software is much more user friendly.

I definitely understand the whole pain in the ass part. I am going to buy the software and cable. I just did want to put the money into it if the stand-alone is inferior to everything else on the market.

Could I not buy an aftermarket map sensor to solve that problem?

Yes. You just have to set up your map for the MAP sensor that you install.
