  Will 15x7 +15 fit?« » Reply  Edit

Quick question, looking at a set of 15x7 +15 was wondering if they would fit. Also they are 4x114.3 could i re-drill them or should i get some adapter?

Thanks.

You will definately have to roll your fenders & run 195/45/15's if you want to slam it. It may still rub but, there was one guy one here that had some sportmax with +15 offset and he was slammed. Re-drill is probably better than adapters. Im not positive but I think adapters will push the wheels out even further.

yeah with adapters it will be close to 0 offset. But if will sticl out a ways... 25 offset would be at the limit. Hope u have some cmaber kits, becasue u will need some negetive camber

smallest tires possible in order for you to tuck will be a must like 165/50-15 or like suggested above : 195/45

negative camber all around but test it w/ natural camber first as u adjust your coilovers lower..... removal of front plastics, rolling rear fenders and rolling up of inner metal brackets will be a must ..

what chassis do you have?

pandagarage.com offers the hubcentric 15mm 4x100to4x114 adapters and ebay usually has the 25mm ones that are just universal. both of those will bring your offset down to zero or negative 10

wheelchoice had some for 10mm

remember that the smaller adapters like 15mm and below will most likely require you to shave your studs

i think the smallest tire you can run is a 165/40/15 its going to be streched

What are your plans for these wheels?

If it's for street use, that width AND the re-drilling are both VERY BAD IDEAS AND UNSAFE. For an EF, get some 15x6 wheels (there are lots of 'em since they fit Civics and Integras) and put 195/50-15 tires on them.

If it's because you're building a show car, or you're making a track rat, different story...

YES.

Get some wheels with the right bolt pattern for your car. Don't get wheels with the wrong bolt pattern and then re-drill them; that's making one mistake, and then trying to undo it by making a second mistake.
