I agree with the other guy, sounds like it could be a vacumm leak.
Whats the fuel pressure look like?

I checked the injectors
they all seem to be normal.
they all spit out the same amount of gas.
i checked fuel pressure
it meets stock specs.
i keep hearing a vac leak coming from the intake man.
i replaced the line from the mani. to the pcv valve. it had a hole on it
and i can still hear the noise

Sounds like you found your problem, a vacumm leak. You just need to pin point where its at now

I'd work backwards. When did the problem show up? What did you do before the problem showed up? Can you UNDO whatever you did before this happened, and if so does it still happen?

If you added something . . .

I'd put the old ones back on and see what happens.

Try to spray some brake cleaner around the IM. See if its maybe the IM gasket. I don't know, give it a try.(This is for your vacuum leak problem)

get a can of carbeurator cleaner and spray it around the intake manifold and vacuum lines with the engine running. when the idle speed changes and you hear a loud sucking sound that is where the vacuum leak is. It's almost definitely a vacuum leak causing the lean codes if your fuel pressure is good and your fuel injectors aren't clogged. If you just put an intake manifold on it the manifold gasket could be the leak.

This sounds accurate to me. Also be sure to check the EGR valve
