Is this job any more difficult than changing the injectors in any other Civic?

Anyone have good source for the injectors?

Relieve the fuel pressure.
Remove the resonator.
Remove the air cleaner.
Remove the two bolts (A).
Disconnect the connectors from the injectors, the front ignition coils, the EGR valve, and the engine wire harness 14P connector (B).
Remove the ground terminal (C).
Remove the EGR bracket (D).
Disconnect the hoses from the fuel rail (E).
Remove the fuel rail mounting nuts (F) from the fuel rail, then remove the injectors and fuel rail together.
Remove the injector clip (G) from the injector (H).
Remove the injector from the fuel rail.
Coat the new O-rings (A) with clean engine oil, and insert the injectors (B) into the fuel rail(C).
Install the injector clip (D).
Coat the injector O-rings (E) with clean engine oil.
Install the injectors into the injector base (F).
Install the fuel rail mounting nuts (G).
Reconnect the fuel hoses.
Install the EGR bracket.
Connect the ground terminal.
Connect the connectors on the injectors, the front ignition coils, the EGR valve, and the engine wire harness 14P connector (B).
Install the two bolts (H).
Install the air cleaner.
Install the resonator.
Turn the ignition switch ON (II), but do not operate the starter. After the fuel pump runs for about 2 seconds , the fuel pressure in the fuel line rises. Repeat this two or three times, then check for fuel leakage

Thanks for your help.
We got the injectors out and they all tested the same with an ohm meter. So we're suspicious that the dealer who diagnosed it didn't get it right.

Is there a safety switch on the fuel pump? I went to put the car into neutral and didn't think about turning the ignition switch on to put it in N. Fuel should have sprayed all over, but it didn't. Either a sensor told it not to , becaus it's all disconnected, or there's something wrong with the pump and it's not the injectors.

The car was hesitating, I took it to my mechanic and he said his computer was giving him conflicting results.
We towed it to a Honda dealer and they told me it needed spark plugs. $300 later, that didn't fix it. Then they recommended replacing fuel injectors, $800. But no confidence that would fix it.
Because I don't have $800 for guess work, we towed it back home. I pulled out the injectors and they read 0.0 resistance. I thought that was weird for all 4 to read the same and for them to be 0.0.
After doing some research, I got a feeling that they need to be resistance tested while pressurized. Is this true?

injector resistance is 0? thats...not right. injectors are solenoids, coils have resistance. putting them under pressure wont change the resistance. Running them will. Once they get hot they will provide a different reading than cold. i doubt thats your problem though. injectors open and close, they dont create the fuel pressure. thats the job of the pump and anything inline with the fuel line. testing it is easy. just attach a fuel pressure gauge at the line and jump the pump relay terminals to prime the line. you diagnose from that point.
