FS: 2001 PY #332 Title: Clean and in seller's possession Location: Atlanta, Ga Mileage: 135,376 Price: $11,750 Ownership: Best of my knowledge I am the fourth owner. I flew to Chicago and bought this car from Pete the previous owner of five years with no complications on that 700+ mile trip home. Reason: I sell every car that I get for some odd reason. Usually fix a few of the small problems and pass it along.
Exterior: Very clean, was told by previous owner that the hood and fender(s) had been replaced. The work is good and the paint looks very clean and blemish free. The front lip is cracked, but could be easily repaired not requiring a new front lip.
Suspension: Bone stock and has never been tampered with, rides great.
Transmission: Shifts perfect 100% of the time, has been replaced with a new unit from Acura before I had the car.
Engine: Runs great, starts every time, smokes in VTEC as do most, will consume oil as do all depending on driving. Easy driving=no consumption, Hard driving=1/2 qt every 500 miles.
Mods: AEM CAI, DC ceramic 4-1 header, Vibrant muffler(new), Black Slips w/ 80% Falken tires, black extended and open-ended Mutegi SR48 lugs, Mugen rear strut bar. HIDS headlights, Skunk2 shifter
Interior: Stock and intact, new JVC MP3 headunit with iPod plug right in the front, brand new Infinity 6.5" all the way around with Kenwood amp.

I have made the decision to sell my coveted ITR. I purchased my ITR from Rutland Motorcars (Rutland, Vermont) on June 21, 2004 with 38,719 miles on the odometer. When I purchased the car it had a poorly installed / painted body kit, carbon fiber hood, fiberglass “Z3” fenders, Intake, and universal exhaust. After purchase I had intended to return the car to stock and build it for amateur road racing events. Over the years of ownership I progressed towards my road race goal, however college and other commitments slowed my progress and now I am unable to continue.
During the course of ownership the car was involved in an accident which resulted in some necessary body repair. The damage that the car sustained did not affect the uni-body. The car has been completely repaired with all O.E.M. Acura parts. I have the receipts for all parts and repair work. I also have an extensive photo journal documenting the repair process.
Condition:
Here is what I have done to prepare my car for road race events. In preparation for a roll cage and other components I have removed many of the interior parts from the car. The only interior parts left are as follows: main dashboard, door panels, seat belts and two seats. I have also removed the following parts from the car: air conditioning, power steering, windshield washer system (front and rear), SRS system, heat shields, rear wiper, EVAP system, all badges and wheel center caps. The car will come with a majority of the parts that I removed in preparation for race events. All the parts are in bags, totes and/or labeled. I have installed an Apex-i N1 exhaust to replace the “exhaust” that came on the car. The parts that will not come with the car are: stock exhaust, visors (damaged), red “ITR” valve cover (shaved O.E.M. ITR cover and painted black.), O.E.M. ITR lip, CD player, ITR floor mats (replaced with custom all black mats) and windshield weather stripping (left and right side).
The car will need to be totally re-painted (the metal parts that were replaced during body repair have been primed and base coated Phoenix Yellow) and the rear exhaust hangers will need to be fixed. These repairs are necessary because the previous owner decided to paint the body kit when it was installed on the car and fade it into the factory paint. The previous owner also managed to break the two rear exhaust hangers when installing a universal muffler onto the stock exhaust piping.
The car is now in near new body condition (besides paint and exhaust hanger issue) and it is in excellent mechanical condition. Since I purchased the car I have never driven it in snow or rain. I have not raced the car and I have babied it since my first day of ownership. It has been garage kept and has only been driven a few months out of the year. I change my oil using a HAMP filter and Red-Line Motor Oil. The car will come with two helms factory repair manuals (primary and supplemental).
PRICE:
$12,000.00 OR BEST REASONABLE OFFER
I believe this is a fair price when taking into consideration the condition of the car and the Integra Type-R’s market value. Please remember the price reflects the fact that a majority of the parts will come with the car (as mentioned above) and also keep in mind that I am willing to take REASONABLE offers.
Note:
The car will be sold as is and all sales are final. I will not provide any type of warranty. I will not be held responsible for any typographical errors. Buyer will be responsible for any applicable fees related to purchase. The buyer will also be responsible for the registration and inspection of vehicle. Test drivers are not allowed.
Now for the pictures:
There are 123 photos in two separate albums located on http://www.photobucket.com. All pictures are numbered and have a description to go along with them.
Unfortunately I am forced to sell my "hybrid" Integra Type R. It was a lot of fun to rebuild and even more fun to drive but now I must sell it. I bought the car theft recovery so It has a rebuilt title, but it was NOT salvaged due to accident.
For the engine I installed a B16a2 Civic SIR motor. I bought the engine from hmotors online which included new motor mounts, shift linkage and axels. The engine runs excellent and the car drives great. The suspension is off of a gsr but some of the itr stability bars are still intact.
For the interior I bought 06 rsx type s black leather seats for the fronts and back. The cluster gauge is from a ls integra but the climate controll, radio, steering wheel, and other major interiors are itr. The shift knob and boot are cheapos just to use for now.
The exterior of the car does need some work. There isnt any major damage to the exterior but there are some small knicks and cracks. I have lots of pictures that will show all of the damage on the exterior. I orginally planned on getting the car painted but now that Im selling it I will leave that to the next owner.
The price is $7,995. The Car is located in Iowa.

Most of you know the car, know the work that has gone into the car, and the parts on the car.
Those that don't, here's a quick synopsis (sp0
I bought the car from a guy who sadly got into an accident on the way to Expo 5. The Ins. Co decided to total the car. (IMO, it was WAY fixable and cost me way less than 2k to do so)
Since my aquisition of the car, it was soley built as a track only car. With that in mind, it was built as such.
Only the "best" parts were used for this car. There are Mugen, SMSP, Recaro and other goodies on it.
The good...
Less than 15k on the motor and healthy as an OX (hell, it put down 192 WHP with very minimal mods)
Body has around 56k on it now.
Parts list (some might be forgotten so I'll add laster as I remember)
Mugen Gen II spoiler Mugen DC2 intake Mugen Front strut tower bar Mugen 26mm sway bar Mugen Head Gasket Custom SMSP header SMSP race exhaust Hondata IM gasket Hondata S300 Recaro SPG (drivers seat, on modified sparco seat base/rail) Recaro Pole position (passenger seat) Custom weld in roll cage Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel NRG quick release and hub PIC Select R3 coilovers PIC rear lower control arms Skunk2 Front upper control arms Griffin large core radiator (aluminum) FAL dual slim line fan setup SS brake lines Cobalt Spec VR brake pads (front) Cobalt GT brake pads (rear) Legend Rotors (front) ATE Superblue fluid Falkin Azenis 615 tires Rota slipstreams in 15x7 Benen tow hook (front) 3 (or 5, can't remember) WINK panel rear view mirror
I'm sure I've fogotten quite a few things (mostly smaller stuff)
The car is a BLAST to drive, but unfortunately I just dont' get to drive it much anymore and it kills me to see it sit.
Now the "bad" Title condition (salvage I believe but not COD or anything close to it) The car was never titled in my name (just a signed, open title) It's intent was a track car, so I spared myself the fee's and such to register it Non-working headlights (could be wired up and such, just didn't and painted the lenses black) Had a midget for a pilot
So there you have it... those who thought it was a joke on April 1st... it's not.
So, given the parts, the title, the mileage and such... what would be a price on this car?
IT WILL NOT BE SOLD BEFORE EXPO!!!!! But can be handed over afterwards if someone there wanted it that badly.
I'm in NO rush to sell.
I'd like to keep the banter and questions out of this thread, so if you have any, please PM me. If anything is relevant I'll update this post.
History, and build are in the H2 ITR thread in my sig. I will try to get the pics back from WTDR to complete it.
