Well closest to sunlight is 4300k which is white and all stock vehicles use. 6000k are for off road use only, not legal in any state. accept for japan. 4300k= 3200 lumens- 3400 lumens 6000k= 2400 lumens The higher the kelvin the more blue/purple which outputs less lumens. If you check carefully in your road traffic laws, there is a minimum of lumens and maximum lumens output. Also the colour you should be outputting. So if you have BLUE 30k bulbs, -the output is not white, -lumen is lower then minimum -Bulbs are colour coated( big no no) = Ticket is valid There is a reason why stock vechicles use ONLY 4300k. Good luck

Also, don't forget that HIDs in a vehicle that did not come from the factory with HIDs is illegal in the US, regardless of the color.

my comment of what you should do is for you to drive over a cliff but heck that doesn't matter to you HID kits are illegal if your car didn't come with them from the manufacturer.

there's no such thing as 4,300K philips or osram carry. They carry the 85122 lineup which are at 4100K and 85122+ at 4,250K Then, you have the 85123 at 4,900K and Ultinions which are rated at 5,900K. If it says 6,000K then that's fake china bulb. Philips 85122 = 3100Lm +/-400 lms Philips 85122+ = 3400Lm +/-200 lms Philips 85123 = 2,800Lm +/- 150lms Philips Ultinons = 2,200Lm +/-200lms
