the only difference (from what i know) between a k20 and k24 head are the cams, the intake manifold, header, and that the k20 has larger intake and exhaust ports... forget the K20 head idea, just port and polish K24 head, get some ideal cams that are reliable, an intake and a full header back exhaust with a Hondata reflash and i am sure your call TSX will run faster than a RS Type S...
i think thats cheaper than buying a K20 head, cause then you need to buy K-Pro, and that alone is a grand
