it is tough to build an 11 sec street car, let alone using an 88 Accord. It can be done, but be prepared to spend some money or know people who can do good fab work. The b20a is in the JDM version of the car. the engine you probably have is an A20A3, which is a good boost engine as it is cast iron and has a closed deck compared to many honda engines. the problem is that the head doesnt flow the greatest stock and the intake manifold sucks, that can all be fixed though with a good head porter and aftermarket intake manifold. there are no turbo "kits" or pistons/rods/cam actually made for it. so custom and mix matching parts is the name of the game. i have been out of the a20 game for a while so I can not tell you exactly what is available or can be used. I have an 88 LXi coupe that I swapped a newer B-series engine into...so you can make these cars go.
Anyway, you can make it an 11sec ride, but it will take time, patience, and creativity.
