If the noise is coming from the front it may be the A-arm hitting the shock tower

Agreed. If a sliding balljoint UCA or offset balljoint "camber kit" has been installed, its likely the UCA hitting the shock tower. This is the primary reason to not use a front camber kit on an Integra, btw. My shock towers have nice dents from my SPC UCAs. Too bad I couldn't get the desired camber without it (I want more camber than lowering provided).

i currently have the same set up on my intgera and same thing happens. i think the H&R sports are too low and soft. going back to GC 380f 250r , the eibach pro street s coilover kit or H&R street coilover kit.

the H&R sport springs don't even lower the car that much do they? Isn't it a 1.75 inch drop? That is not enough to eliminate the wheel gap! I have the H&R "touring" springs, and they lower it 1.5 inches and I can barely tell its lowered! I agree though, the spring rates are waaaaay too soft! Every time I take a corner too hard or hit a sudden downhill to uphill again my suspension compresses and my mudflaps scrape on the ground lol.

I'm surprised nobody has pulled the "BUMPSTOP" card. Did you cut them in half when you installed the new suspension? H&R Sports shouldn't be as low as you describe. Try setting the shocks at half stiff/soft when daily driving too.
