New Fit. What are your monthly payments?« » Reply  Edit

I am doing a little research on a new Fit. I really like the price of even the brand new Sport models! They're cheap as shit!

I am just curious as to what people are paying as to monthly payment and insurance, etc.

Depends on what you put down and your interest rates that you get, also your credit.

Looks like "Dennis" has some "parental support" with his payments.

I'm older than most, so my insurance for full coverage on my Fit is $323 for 6 months.

Right now my car note payments are $350 a month for 36 months at 3.5% interest.

That sounds a little more realistic. Still cheap though. That insurance isn't bad either...

I put 1k down, and I'm paying 323 a month at 3.6% for 5 years. Insurance is 160 a month full coverage, I'm 23 and single so I don't get any discounts since I'm between college and being 25

I think its because I had to start a brand new plan with this car. My old accord was on my parents play and I paid $30 a month, but I had accumulated all kinds of good student discounts and safe driver discounts.

It could be worse, it could be me. I'm with progressive & it's costing me like 225 every month. Plus my car payments are 280 for 60 months, becasue I traded my car in for 4800. but I'm switching companies though.

Car cost me $17.5K (i payed more than I should of) and I put $10K down.

Fianced the rest ($7.5K) for 5 years at 7% and was paying $168/month.

Decided I didn't wanna pay interest so I say [freak] it and cut a payoff check for the rest.

So now my monthly payments is $0/months

Full coverage is $130/month for me.

Well the thing for me is that I got 4 speeding tickets & 1 is about to go down this plus I had Pt cruiser before this & got in a little wreck & had to use insurance & it was progressive. Thankfully i didn't have any speeding tickets last year. What insurance you got?
