how to install cold air intake?

how to install cold air intake?
bought a cold air intake for my AP1... i could only figure out short ram.... how does the 2nd piece of piping fit on... and where does the filter sit?
i cant figure this out....
also where do these excess lines go...

2nd piece goes down towards the swaybar, parallel to the bar, and then you have to trim your wheel well plastic a bit. the filter goes in the front passenger's side corner.
excess lines? which? pics? the only line i had to actually replace was the hard line from the valve cover to the intake. the only other line that goes to the intake is the bigger sized one that heads down towards the a/c unit (don't know what it does).

Took me under 45 misn start to finish, good luck and pay attention to your hoses and where they go

thats link helped... i didnt think you had to take off the front bumper....
but i ended up with an ebay intake.... because i decided to turbo the car at the end of summer time and have already begun getting my cash together....
any recommendations on turbo kits?

i never took the front bumper out to install my v2. i dont even think i jacked my car. up.

jacking it up and taking the wheel off made cutting a lot easier IMO.

i agree... install took 30-45 mins max
