Default Time for me to start a log

So this will probably be the most boring log on this site since my work really interferes with my ability to lift so maintaining my strength would keep me pretty happy. Weights are in kg.

Anyway...I'll call last night the start, although I had 1 day of bench and 1 day of hang cleans last week. Over the last 2 months, I've only had about 5 days in the gym.

Quick lift before going to the mall.

Power cleans:
65 x 6
85 x 6
95 x 4
102.5 x 2 <- very happy with this as I haven't been doing cleans often since 18 months ago

Straight leg deads:
85 x 8
85 x 8

Man, my 2 months of really not lifting has killed me.

December 12th I was 94 kg (207 lbs) and benching 331 max, probably 340 if I had done different sets leading up to it. 285 x 6 was easy, 308 x 2 not too bad.

Tonight I benched again, discouraging.

65kg (143lb) x 6
105 (233) x 4
125 (276) x 4 (way harder than I thought it would be)
115 (253 x 4
105 (233) x 4
65 (143) x 15
65 (143) x 10

Flys
35lbs x8
45s x 8

Curls
42kg (93 lbs) x 8

37kg (80 lbs) x 6
37 x 6

And I'm heading to an offshore rig in a day or 2, which, while it might have a gym, I don't have high hopes for. Maybe cleans tmr?

Yeah so I just got back after 24 days offshore, and I'm booked on a chopper for tomorrow afternoon heading offshore again. Looks like I'm going to have to kill myself in the gym tonight, this should be fun/sad.

After a long day, that was all the energy I had and then some. The log helps though, I was going to skip the last set of skullcrushers but 2 sets looks terrible when you write it down.

Well from the post I made on the 15th, I've been offshore for all but 5 days and am presently back offshore on another rig for probably 5 more days. It really makes getting to the gym hard.

Yeah I just started listing it in pounds, it's easier to correlate and I figure I'll lose people in kgs.

I'm still offshore, I was supposed to be back to town (and therefore back in the gym) today but it looks like it'll be at least another 2 days.
