The rear bumper will fit directly. For the front bumper, you will need the bumper cover, the headlights, the turn signals, and the turn signal brackets. The front bumper components of coupes and sedans are the same.

I have the same '98+ front and rear conversion on my '94 and it all fits perfectly. I suggest the all red tail lights too. You do need all the parts Dogginator pointed out and its an easy install.

98 rear bumper has to be a 4 door bumper in order to bolt onto the 94 sedan. if it's also a 4 door, then yes, it'll directly bolt on.
