yeah...first off...before you should drive your car..let it warm for like 5min or so...then if its still not fully warmed up...drive it, but do not kill it..

check your spark plugs - might need to change them, where the spark plug wires connect on the dizzy.

prob your plugs though

Its called a speed limiter in your ecu. If its pr3 it shuts off gas I think at 115-125mph.

Also I'd really recommend going to a track at those speeds. I only checked it out once on my car in the street just to see what I toped out at, and I felt dumb enough the first time.

But then again, my dumb *** sometimes fools around everyonce in awhile, not necessarily speeding, but giving it a little more gas until I reach the street speed limit

Well on a better note I think we have all been around 120mph more than once in our lives. Wether it be on the track or in your buddy's new car just to see how fast it will go.

N E Ways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should check the air temp sensor on the back of the intake. Had the same problem with my D. Now I'm not saying that you car has the air temp sensor like the D, but I am sure it does. If not then well I don't know. But I am just trying to help.

Awaiting the hating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea people don't buy Corvettes just because they look good. It's because now that they don't have pop up headlights they can do 217 with no problem.
