Default Machinehead's Log

Alright guys, I've finally decided to start a log. Don't know how many of you saw my thread about weight loss, but here's a quick run down. I've always been on the bigger side and in the last few years I've been between 195 and 230. As of this morning, on I think my broken scale as it is really inconsistent, I am 233.5 and ~6'4". I've been eating healthier and continually working out. I was finally able to get back on the treadmill last week for the first time since I broke my leg, tibia and fibula, back in June. So I started off good last week but then I had a huge fight with my gf that threw it all off. So starting back yesterday on chest was good. Went to the doctor today and got a shot of Cortisone for my shoulder, so hopefully that fixes it and I can start doing incline again. Going to the gym for the run later.

Felt good getting back to doing back yesterday after missing it last week. About to head out to do my run for the day. I'm going to go get a new scale this weekend so I will post my weight and some pictures by monday.

Alright it's been a while since I have done this or even came to H&F, but I really need to get with this and stay consistent. My weight has bothered me for a while and though I've said it before, it's been really getting to me lately so I need to do this right. Finally starting to do some more physical activities, leg still being messed up and all, but doing better. Went out and played basketball last weekend, had my first softball practice in 10 months this weekend, and went rock climbing yesterday, though I'm still not able to run full out. As soon as I am able to run full out, I'm going to start doing HIIT. I'll post up what I eat each day and my activities. I would appreciate any comments and suggestions on what I'm eating/doing. My overall goal is to get down to ~205, sitting at ~243 now. So here's starting off for today, breakfast wasn't good as I didn't realize I was out of oatmeal until I was leaving for work and I never realized that a bagel and cream cheese was that bad

8:30 - Bagel and Cream Cheese (~400 cal)
16oz Skim Milk (160 cal)

10:00 - 12oz Green Tea (0 cal)
7oz Dannon Light&Fit Smoothie (70 cal)

1:00 - 6oz Chicken Breast (200 cal)
1 cup Broccoli (20 cal)
1 slice Multigrain Bread (110 cal)

4:00 - Kashi Honey Almond Flax Granola Bar (140 cal)

6:00 - Kashi Honey Sesame Crackers (130 cal)

8:30 - 3 slices of Pizza (940 cal)

10:30 - 30 min Treadmill Run (-330 cal)

11:30 - 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (80 cal)

Weighed in today at 243.2. I used to weigh myself almost everyday, but after reading a bit, I'll try to restrain myself to only weigh in every monday and post up here
