I know I'm new but I tried to search and couldn't find anything about this phone on here. I've read a few sites and it seems to get decent reviews but I was just wondering if anybody on here has had this phone or currently uses it and what your opinion on it is.

I got scammed originally back in dec for $220.00 using EMT, so I waited and bought the phone again from:

Dam, this phone is awesome

Do the quad band + edge update and you get such good reception. Since it runs a Motorola Linux OS...modding it takes a bit to learn but its easy in time and there are plenty of mods for this phone.

So far, I updated my firmware to a newer version, did the quad/edge upgrades, installed a few good applications(money manager, dictionary, opera browser, DOS) and installed a great new Vista Skin.

Sound is great from the phone and the touch screen is responsive and great.

-once you learn to upgrade the firmware its easy and cake
-put on google maps + money management software + opera browser
