Acoustic, right? You're not talking about one of their new electrics are you? At any rate, the construction on Breedloves is great, but I don't particularly care for the way they play. That's a matter of personal opinion though.

Thanks, i bought it on ebay for $400. New they retail at about $800 and this one is in perfect condition and the guy who owned it before already upgraded the pickups to the ones Randy Rhoads used. Good deal. I already put in a kill switch like what Buckethead has in his guitar, and im getting a custom pickguard made to get rid of that damn chrome. lol i hate the chrome.

Nice. I was looking to buy a Gothic Les Paul. I like how there are now inlays on it (except for the moon or the XII on the Epiphone)

ive kinda been "out of the game" for a while, but i think that gibson might have stopped making the gothic series a while back. i know that only a few months after i bought mine the price went up from like 800 to over 1000 for the sg, and the les paul was a little bit more. i like the les paul design : if you take your hand off the neck it stays where it is, but they are heavier than sg's and since the contour of the guitar near the bridge, i always wind up chewing up my fingernail for some reason.....

I was looking at used ones. They brought back a SG and Les Paul kind of like it last year that had EMGs and no inlays, it was called a studio II or something.

Well theres your problem. I use a program called Guitar Pro 5.0, its a huge help for learning songs. So the other day i did some upgrades to my Jackson, i think it turned out pretty well. I put in EMG pickups, an 81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck and wired them up to 18v instead of 9v. Sounds amazing.
I also had this custom pickguard made, i had to get rid of that butt ugly chrome.

I think they have a demo you can try for free, and they sell the software on their website. Of course you can find it free by other means if you use torrents or something, its up to you. The cool part is that you can download a pack of like 30,000 songs for it and then you have pretty much every song you could want. Its great because it will play it and let you slow the tempo down as much as you want while learning it, then speed it back up to normal as you start to get it. http://www.guitar-pro.com/en/index.php
