The turbo'd 4wd civic wagovan on 6-7lbs pics, vids, & specs!!!!!
Some of u might have seen my first post a few months back well its finally finished..... for now. first off heres the set up.
88 civic wagon Rt4wd 5 speed
stock d16a6 with 177k
log mani by NSR
2 1/2 DP
t3 42/48 turbo
380cc inectors
blits BOV
38mm WG
FMIC
2 1/2 into 3 inch exhaust.
B&M fpr
walbro 255 pump
p72 ecu chipped with crome
plx m300 wideband
obd1 rywire conversion
ACT street performance clutch
Right now the car is on 6-7lbs of boost it pulls good for what it is IMO hell before the car was kinda a tank now it feels the way it should be. im gunna crank it up to 10-11 lbs here in the next few weeks and run it like that till i get my mini me swap, vittara pistons, cam gear, and im gunna rebuild the tranny (3rd gear is scratching!!!!). I built this car because i wanted a fun reliable car that i can drive year round and i feel that i have accomplished that. my personel goal is to get it to hang with stock evo's and sti's which i think i can do with a lil more boost the vtec head and pistons but even if i dont im still happier than a pig in shiit even better than that is when i get a friend in the car and they start giggling like a school girl in amaze at how fast my grocery getter is.
oh ya BTW how can i forget i gotta thank the guys at kaizen speed in the tri-cities for helping me out so Reid, Nick, Dusty, and yes Nate as well all u guys are a savage team there new bigger shop is insane its well worth the over 2 hour drive i make to get top notch service and they are just a bunch of cool guys if your in the area hit them up http://www.kaizenspeed.com
the 2 stepin'
in car launch kinda crappy i didnt slip the clutch like i should so it launched a lil weak.

Re: (Iceman05)
Am I correct in assuming thats an ssauto t3? I'm curious at what rpms it starts building boost and hits full boost in 2nd or 3rd gear.
Looks & sounds great for a HMT setup. I have to go easy on my car in the snow/rain for on-ramps, or I start spinning instantly. Rt4wd would make it much more fun...

haha ssautocrome baby u know it. ya its cheap but its working fine. i also have a cheepo ebay WG (cant remeber what knock off company i got it from) its working fine and i know the risks involved im well awair of the outcomes of a ghetto WG but its a cheap motor so i dont care. it fully spooled at 3 grand in 2nd and 3rd first gear is to hard to tell since its moving so dam quick.

Re: (Ef88Lsvtec)
i weighed it just a few minutes ago and it was 2,520lbs on the scale with a 3/4 tank of gas. theres actually a guy on HMT who swapped all the wagon 4wd drivetrain into his hatch. i think he used some of the rear floor pan from a 4wd wagon and hacked up his gas tank to clear the driveline. its kinda snowing here right now and some places have a thin sheet of snow just enough to get crazy in the snow its awsome.
