Default 1990 Civic DX B16 swap

I am a new person at swapping engines. I don't know what i all need for the swap. My civic has a D15 and is automatic, so im asking what is everything I need for the swap, and if anyone can give me detailed instructions, that would be awesome. I don't want to screw things up. I am buying the B16 full swap with the 5 speed cable transmission from hmotorsonline.com. I know that it comes with some things, but i want to know what else i need, and in detail please. Like i said i am new at this, but i love it already. Thank you very much

I guess you can do a b16 automatic swap.....if thats what your into. But dont expect to feel MaD VTeC yO! It'll definitely be better than stock, but that automatic part is really what is gonna hold u back.

you could check crx/ef civic page under faqs that would answer most of your questions

why would he get an automatic swap in the first place after he already mentioned buying the five speed swap from hmotors?

all he needs is Clutch pedal assembly shifter and Hasport Linkage (since going B) then all he has to do is loop the automatic shifter wire... after he loops that he dosent even have to push in the clutch to start it... Just hopefully you keep it out of gear if you do that...

Go to your local junk yard and pick up the Assembly... for a B in a CRX you need speacial Linkage because the tranny between a D and B have a Diffrent type of connection... Hasport makes them and a Stock DA Linkage wont work (i beleave the SIR Linkage wont either because RHD)... here is a link on how to loop the wire and stuff with pics...

you need
Cable Tranny (unless going Hydro you will Need an Adapter), of Cours B16, Hasport or any Custome Shift Likage, Hasport or any other EFB Mounts, Dpfi to Mpfi with Vtec Supplement Harness (also Depends on if your Going OBD1 instead of OBD0), and ECU... 90-93 integra Axels.. also integra radiator Hoses... should be it... Except for the Shifter and Clutch pedal assembly... also get a 90-93 integra clutch cable and a crx si throttle cable (also some intake manifolds will need a new Throttle cable Holder it is less then $20)...

if staying OBD0
PW0 or PR3 ECU
MPFI with Vtec Suplement

Going OBD1
any basic OBD1 ECU (P28, P30, ETC)...
OBD1 Vtec Distributer
Mpfi With Vtec Suplement & Distrbuter Jumper
And a ECU jumper from OBD0 to OBD1

I Recomend http://www.Rywire.com for wiring...
