Curious to know if anyone is using wheel spacers on their CD5 accord? I would like to space them outwards and make them a bit more flush with the fender than what they are (I was thinking the 15mm ones from Eibach). BUT i've heard stories where shit breaks because people used just a spacer and no longer lugs etc. Anyone have experience on it?

I tried it on my cd before. I didnt notice much difference. The wheel did come out more but it wasnt what i was hoping for. Plus it didnt really fit that good. It was kinda loose. But maybe thats just me. Wheel 18" wheels, spacers and a fender roll. that would look hot

15mm is quite a bit. I assume you are referring to the Eiback Pro-Spacer?

I used 5mm wide spacers on my Accord with longer studs and didn't have any problems.

The only thing I didn't really like was there were no hub centric rings on my spacers making sure the spacer and rim were running concentric to the hub. Thats partly why I stopped running spacers. I didn't have a problem, just didn't like not having the rim concentric.

The Eibach spacers say they come with longer studs and hub centric rings so I would think they would do just fine as long as you have the room to fit them under there.

Well what I have is the 94/95 EX wheels and my car's basically slammed, there's very little camber in the back and it's easily 1 - 1.5 inches inward from the fender and was thinking the 15mm wouldn't be too bad ~3/4 inch or what not

same here, i used to use a casted cheap 5mm for the front.

anything over 5 mm and you are running into risk.

make sure you have extended studs

H&R spacers - Options Auto

I just got a pair for the front of my CB. Nice quality, only 5mm. They came with longer studs, but I went with ARP extended either way. I have yet to put the wheels on, so after that I'll try and let you know if there are problems.

15MM seems kind of big. I used a 1/8th spacer on my car to clean my Prelude VTEC brake setup. I just got some new rims 16X7's and they sit really flush so I just ditched the spacers as they clear the calipers with ease compared to my ITR rims.

If you want to go 15MM I'd suggest going with some extended lugs.

I'll try to take a picture of my car sometime this weekend and show you all, there really is a pretty large gap between the tire and the fender, I was thinking I might even be able to push like 20mm's ok but didn't want to risk any rubbing or damage to the lugs. My front wheels are about even with the fender but I've got some negative camber atm so I was probably just going to go and try the spacers in the back.
