All motor SOHC runs 9.805: thanks!
I am excited and please to announce that our Torco/WebCam/Evolution Honda Insight ran 9.805 @ 138.07 this past Sunday at the Battle of the Imports held at Atco Raceway, NJ.
Despite the high humidity, 95 degree Fahrenheit ambient temperatures, and 135 degree track temps, we ran that new best time still on gasoline with a SOHC F-series engine using the Bisimoto H/F2d adapter plate system, and dual 55mm weber carbs on gasoline.
This amazing elapsed time yielded the following records:
* World's fastest SOHC FWD (reset)
* World's fastest full unibody FWD (reset)
* World's fastest all motor e.t. on gasoline
*Atco Raceway p/s e.t. record (IDRA)
*Atco Raceway p/s mph record (IDRA)
*IDRA p/s. e.t. record
A special thanks goes out to the following:
Torco Oils (www.torcousa.com): the best lubricants, hands down.

Congrats Bisi.
Ive been playing around with a SOHC F series head lately. The near vertical valve angles are a welcome mat for 37mm valves ang huge lift cams. I can see why you chose to go that route.
Again, congrats

Does all that really matter....seriously? Just be happy that you ran fast as ****. The only thing that matters in pro all motor is THE record and winning races....in my humble opinion. Congrats Bisi...that is cookin!
