FAQ My swap parts list for B18C with S2 IM into 91 CRX DX

Hi guys, I just thougt that since I am done gathering parts for my swap I would go ahead and share them with you guys. I spent a couple of minutes making the items into links too, so the guys doing this for the first time at least have an idea of what the part looks like or where to get it. Hopefully all the URL stuff is correct. -Engine, Tranny & ECU -Mount Kit (Hasport, HCP, AZEngineering) -Shift Linkage (Hasport, HCP, OR modified OEM 90-93 Teg LS) -Header & Cat -OBD conversion harness (if your Engine/ ECU is OBD 1 or 2) -Custom Engine Harness with VTEC subharness -Fuel Feed Line: For ITR/B16/S2 IM, use stock Si, HF or B16 line. For B18C OEM IM I dunno -For Skunk2 IM owners, use a B series, non-GSR style TB bell crank pulley -5/16" vacuum line, at least 5 feet in length, various vacuum lines -5/32" vacuum line, at least 5 feet in length, various vacuum lines -5 Quarts of 5W30 engine oil -3 Quarts Honda Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF) -Coolant -PB blaster (to soak nuts and bolts and help break them free) -WD40 -Anti-Seize Compound (spark plugs, O2 sensor) -High Temp Grease -90-93 Teg Non-ABS Axles p/n 44010-SK7-J13 (right) & 44011-SK7-J13 (left) -86-01 Teg / 84-91 Civic&CRX Axle Spindle Nut p/n 90305-692-010 (need 2) -90-93 Teg Intermediate Shaft p/n 44500-SK7-J01 -97-98/00-01 Teg Type R Throttle Cable Bracket p/n 16411-P73-000 OR HCP bracket -90-93 Teg Throttle Cable p/n 17910-SK7-A03 -90-93 Teg LS Clutch Cable p/n 22910-SK7-A02, OR modifed stock cable -92-93 Teg GSR Upper Radiator Hose p/n 19501-PR3-000 -90-93 Teg LS Lower Radiator Hose p/n 19502-PR4-A00 -90-01 Teg / 99-00 Civic Shift Linkage Extension, Washer A p/n 54304-SK7-000 -86-01 Teg / 81-00 Civic Shift Linkage Extension, Washer B p/n 54305-SA0-000 -86-01 Teg / 84-00 Civic Shift Linkage Extension Rubber Bushing p/n 54303-SB2-010 (if yours is worn/or linkage doesnt have it) -90-01 Teg / 92-04 Civic Shift Linkage Extension Bolt, 8x18 p/n 95701-08018-08 -90-95 Teg / 73-95 Civic Shift Linkage Pin 8x20 aka. If this happens you may need to replace the studs with bolts (x2 12x61 and x1 12x35)** -90-93 Teg / 89 Prelude Rear Engine Bracket Bolt 12x61 p/n 90188-SF1-010 (need 2) -90-01 Teg / 99-00 Civic Front Stiffener Bolt 12x35 p/n 95701-12035-08 (need 1) Modified by BlueShadow at 3:01 AM 8/9/2004
