Goals and budgests would be nice. You can just replace all the bearings and gaskets on the motor and call it a day or you can have the block bored/sleeved, forged pistons rods etc... Or you can go in between and use OEM parts etc....

if you want to stay with oem parts get all oem bearings and gasketts and a set of p30 pistons and call it a day...
