throttle pedal is sticking???
whenever i go to press the pedal it sitcks for a little bit and takes a lot more force than normal to accelerate so i always end up revving too much when i take off and its just a pain to deal with...what could be a relief for this?

there should be a return spring wound around the shaft of the cam that opens the butterfly in the throttlebody.

also check to make sure that there is nothing intefering with the pedal, the same thing was happening to me recently and when i looked under there it ended up being my alarm had slid over and was putting pressure on it.

Re: throttle pedal is sticking??? (mattL)
this happened to me from time to time and it ended up being this little metal bracelet that holds the rubber boot in place near the throttle cable.
the metal band had came off the rubber boot and was just hanging there, but when i would go WOT it would slide down and keep my throttle open.
if you look at the little boot you'll see it, i had to cut the metal band off.
