2000 Civic Foglight Install Question (where to cut the bumper)
Hi guys i bought some raybrig fogs and i finished all of the wiring and the fogs work perfectly the question i have is where to cut the bumper. I have an oem bumper so it shows 2 lines where it should be cut do i cut the outer liner or inner.
