Default Random fabrication job

Made two lamps out of spare motor from a customers car , motor was from a lotus ( as seen in the pic ) , connecting rod let go because of an over rev and well the rest is history.













Said cars



New little toy they got

Lol I had a crank that looked like that once. I just sold it for scrap though. The crank lamp would be great for a shop. The FW will definately keep it from tipping.

Finished the table and installed everything in there shop

haha awesome. i was just thinking of making a table out of an exploded bottom end that i have. where did you get the lamp parts, or is it just another lamp you took apart?

You can get cheap lamp kits from most harware stores, they're just wired fixtures that come with various sized grommets for mounting.
