depending on which mount kit you use will make the difference on what axles are required im using the hasport mount hit in my crx so im using the hasport axle pack. there are instruction that come with the mount kits(also available at the site) that tell you what needs to be done to prep the bay for the swap i have a few recommendation if you do use the hasport kit.

Check out explicitspeedperformance.net . I am also going to be doing an h22 in a 91 hatch. Just sourcing all my parts now. I went with ESP mount kit and traction bar, TOP QUALITY! if you get their kit, it has a write up with it aswell.

stick with the h22 not as diffucult as everyone puts it. Just finished mine using explicitspeedperformance mounts and trac bar just have to weld in trans mount. Be different and go with the h.

Re: need help swapping h22 in a 91 hatch
what do you want to know?
parts needed Are below.
Mount kit. Innovative is good, Hasport, etc, i use another custom brand (like innovative)
Custom Axles,
Shift cables and box.
Motor / trans
New crossmember with smaller EG radiator (innovative, etc)
Alternator relocator kit (unless you want to chop up your headlight.) innovative sells this, also evolution, and explicit speed.
Clearancing frame rail basically bashing in the lower frame rail so you can have access to change alternator belt. this is important unless you want to drop the whole motor just to change the alternator belt!
Cutting stock or getting F20 Crank Pulley (need one row pulley) i would avoid the smaller aluminum pulleys. use a stock one cut and rebalanced or an F20 pulley which comes single row. (also you need to measure the distance to the alternator and take it to your auto parts store to match up the belt. you cant use a factory h22 belt) with some kits you can also run a single cam alternator.
Cut off factory mount on trans side. bolt on the new trans mount and also weld the trans mount in.
Wiring / ECU jumper.
Cut hole for shifter box. and also hole for shift cables.
Drill holes for the mounting of the shift box. find bolts to mount box with matching nuts.
flex hose that fits the radiator.
If you want i can supply all the parts for you that you need. let me know. Good luck!!!
