Not at all, I get a wonderful deal. You have to keep in mind I built my hatch from scratch and replaced every nut/bolt on the car and all the seals/mouldings brand new from honda as well as the entire interior, bumpers, hood, fenders, etc.
The car is on a 6k budget including the price of the car if that gives you an idea for how much has been spent.

thats still not bad ive spent 6k on my car and my stuff isnt all new. you get a deal cus you know them or cus youve bought so much from them?

6k is ridiculously cheap to budget. I have 6k in seats/harnesses for my hatch. Much less paint, powder coat, oem parts, etc.

Started putting the wiring back together for the tucked harness.
mounted the ballast for the high and low beam HID's.
decided against the actual tint we had purchased. so Weak!EG scuffed the tailights up a bit
mixed some clear together with weak black (used for tinting paint)
after a first coat.
and after about 3-4 light coats... decided to stop here and see how it cures, may scuff it and shoot a couple more layers. look how glossy they are!
and last, finally got some more work put in on the engine bay
it's almost ready for a tiny bit of filler and some primer/paint 
more to come

Update:
Put one last coat of tinted clear on the tails
mounted them on the car, this is with the FLASH
without the flast
and put the brake lines in
and then put the heater core/airbox in for the last time hopefully, oh and the carpet is in it was GROSS and cleaned up really nice.

U both know how to build nice cars. Those taillights are glossy as hell lol. Quick question tho. How do u hook up your wiper motor? I'm trying to figure that out on my civic. I know how to reroute all of them but that. Thanks
