There will be a binary code in the form of four lights on the ECU. The order and comnbination of lit lights will give you the code, a good factory service manual will give teh decode sequence for the lights on your ECU.
With all that said, I am willing to bet that your O2 sensor is the problem. This is a wear item that is cheap and easy to rplace.

Um... Well the ECU is under your seat, but there is only one LED that will blink. Its usually hidden by a little plastic door. Fold your seat forward and put your head under the seat, flip the door down and look at the light blinking. If your PGMFI light is on, it will blink.

What kinda gas mileage are you getting, running conditions, recent work done, etc. Information is key to giving you a good answer.

Hmm. Did you check the ECU for blinks?
Only thing i can think of that wouldn't effect gas mileage is the EGR valve being clogged or not working, or the sensor being bad.
