Default How to Identify OBD2 tranny

What is the visual difference between an OBD1 and OBD2 gsr tranny? I am going to look at one next weekend and I need it to be OBD2. If it's not can I bypass something so it won't trow a CEL?

tranny's 95 and below have vin STICKERS and 96 up have vin TAGS. 96 up is obd2 for b and d series
