Here is what I've gathered on this subject.
Yes, they list a part number. Yes, dealers have a part number, and will even quote you a price. No, innovative has NOT completed developing these. They ran into a design flaw on the front mount, and have not finalized a design for this. Now, this being said, feel free to call them and ask, because this information is a couple of months old. Most of the people on 3geez (3rd gen accord forum) have their money tied up in a group buy for these, that never went through because the person who has the money is MIA.

Well i was wrong. Someone on 3geez called innovative the other day, and they are in fact ready to order. 2 week turn-around.
