Just picked up the stock SI this morning as time goes on i will be upgrading parts. will keep you guys posted thanks for all the comments.

Its great to see people doing the right thing. I promise you will learn a lot, and more quickly with a bone stock car. Do a brake service with some good street/race pads (lots of threads on this), a performace alignment, and hit the track.

Thanks man, yeah i been reading up on that. so those are some of the things i will get done asap.

Not my first day.... I've been racing for several seasons now.

Those questions where not ones I was asking but ones I was positing for the OP. The OP needs to know the answer to questions like that before he decides to go buying or building a race car.

And yes, the FAQ is a GREAT place for the OP to start.
