Icon2 stroking a f22?!?!?need advice

if i stroke my f22 into a 2.5 liter will it still pass smog?..has anyone dones this before? can i still use my stock ecu?

Here's a Toda 2.4L stroker kit that's $9,300.00 just for the parts. As for "smog," I would guess it depends on your state's laws but I'd doubt most wouldn't care as long as your ECU appears stock (like Hondata) with no CELs.
