Default 97 CL jdm engine question

doing a swap in a swap in a 97 CL soon and curious what the details

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Accor...#ht_3747wt_939

is one i found. however the stock engine is a f22b1 and this is a f22b, if this is kind of like the teg where the 1 just goes away in jdm land, no biggie. however, what's needed to make this work with obd2?

the same engine is listed for the accord 94-97. if it's simply a distributor swap it shouldn't be too tough. i know in the b18c you need a cfs sensor to run the usdm ecu. if anyone has used a jdm replacement motor in an obd2 CL i would love to hear the skinny

lastly, are the auto trans units from the SOHC f22b vtec the same as the f22b1 used in the usdm 97 cl?
