Wrong. 15" wheels can be used on base setup. Type S setup requires 16" wheels.

![]() I'm running base rsx front knuckles with type S calipers & rotors. I didn't have to modify anything to get the calipers to fit, they bolt right up to the base hubs. You don't NEED the RSX Type S Brake Portioning Valve either. Nice write up though

Are there going to be any advantages coming from our stock brake setup to the rsx type s in terms of performance?

The base/ ep3 front rotors are the same size as stock em2 ones. Type s ones are 1.5" bigger
