Are you running without an alternator, or did you relocate it behind the block? I am facing that issue right. The manifold i have with its turbo placement is causing me some issues mounting the alternator.

Haha, maybe that car has 170....he is clearly lying and you bought it. Typical basic ricer parts does not = 670 hp.

that's not the first ricer i seen making big power. when my buddy was having his car tuned, there was like a 94 accord on the dyno with hubcaps, altezzas, and stock height. it had a fully built h22 and was making like high 400's, low 500's. def was his daily driver. i was in shock lol

670 in california is super duper unlikely because there are only a few E85 stations out here. also, 91 is out standard "premium"

and thats not even the main subtlety I was going off of, its the fact that this guy appears to have rubberbands on 18's? you can have your 670hp ill take my properly setup 400whp car any day and i'll beat it out by a mile.

edit: they may be 17's, but it definitely won't support 670hp.

and furthermore anyone notice the muffler's outlet size? lol.. i hope this genius figured out a way to mount an e-cutout effectively because I sure haven't.

Damn, after seeing that, i'm glad I didn't get a top mount.. That looks like it's gonna be a PITA to get the alternator on.
Looks good though

ha yea. I had a s372 at first, and it didnt want to fit with this manifold either so i sold it. I am using a gt40 now. I can turn the turbo around and the alternator will fit in the stock location, but i will have to cut chunks out of the radiator support.

Im loving your build keep us updated with some times.

can you tell me what you took out of the car to get down to that weight? i would love to have that chassis over my civic hatch chassis. more space under the hood, i love how it looks, etc. if i could get one down to 2500lbs w/me in it i'd be happy.

just the normal things, AC, Power steering,ABS, sunroof plug, sound deading, etc.. Anything we could take off and be legal we did, it might have another 50lbs we can get off, I know it has more left. You have so much junk in the back of the car, it's not funny.

There's easily 20-30lbs in unused wires throughout the car once you remove all that stuff. I got 8lbs from just the dash harness! I also did one of the fender harnesses the other day and got a few pounds just from that.
