Oh is that your car? I'm sorry I thought cause you thought the car was black that you were posting a pic of it from before. But yes the car was red. The doors and stuff were just sanded down.

Re: Allow myself to introduce..... my..self.
I think he's making a point about the "Hi I'm new here" part but to clarify my brother wanted this is to be more of a build/progress thread that started with an introduction. He doesn't have the privilege to post it up in the Appearance Build Threads section and it pertains specifically to the Integra section anyways.
I hope this isn't a big problem. I'm going to help him get the progress pics up tomorrow.

they always quote rules, you cant go into 1 single thread in the forum without finding someone quoting the rules. just ignore it, somewhere along the line someone forgot that forums are for people to post topics and discuss things.

So... progress!
Wanna start of by correcting some stuff, the pics are really crappy and don't show the details well. The car was black before the previous owner painted some reddish brown primer followed by a grey primer (which is what you see on the pass. side door)
Well since I got her we've made two trips to the local junk yard and scored some sweet stuff.
-OEM mudflaps
-Power door panels
-hood latch/t-bar
-rear speaker covers
-rear interior panel
-fender moldings(DOHC)
-quarter moldings
-arm rest/cup holder
we lowered the front and still need to do the rear, and we also sprayed the trunk floor with truck bed liner.
we got the hood to close with the new latch, old latch was cut up
give you an idea of the ride height
sweet arm rest with a slide out cup holder
awesome new door panels (gotta paint em black)
Love the mudflaps
rear bumper mounted
Painted the cowl cover too

Re: Allow myself to introduce..... my..self.
The forum used to be all about tech, but then people like this just post up "hi, here are pics of my car tell me what color I should paint it!" and there is no tech. If this is gonna be a build thread then we are cool.

Yeah I think we're on the same page, it's gonna be a build/progress thing... although slow at times with the limited (very) budget.
Just wanted to introduce my brother to HT, and try to teach him how to properly use it.

wire tuck drivers side
So the latest is my brother and I just finished hiding and tucking the wire harness, and ran the injector harness under the intake manifold.
Yeah it's an intercooler... and the arm rest is something we found in a 91 LS in the local junkyard, we didn't make it. My brother doesn't think it's OEM but it's cool anyways!

Re: Allow myself to introduce..... my..self.
VERY NICE!! Next up is running the clutch cable differently so it's not sitting on top of the engine and start working on the passenger side harness.

Sorry guys for the slow updates... but the interior is all the same color now and looks sweet! I'll have pics up asap! Oh and I picked up my other seat too.
