They are two different bumper covers. It's possible to graft a 2 door bumper on a 4 door, but the fenders won't line up right.

are the headlights the same?

The headlights are the same and are interchangeable between all models, but the 4 door corner lights are different than the 2/3 door corner lights.

Here's some pics I found of a 4-door with a coupe/hatch front bumper cover. It can be done, but the problem is with lining up the fenders. Some custom work will need to be done for them to fit.
