rebuilding 4x114.3 ITR conversion
hello!
i'm rebuilding my ITR 4x114.3 conversion but i wanted to get all of the information on what is compatable with what. this will eventually be my rebuild thread for the setup but not until i can confirm a few things so hopefully we can load this thread with tons of info (or at least enough, lol).
i think it'd be best if we first start off with creating a compatability/measurement chart.
FRONT:
calipers
pads
rotors
wheel bearings
REAR:
calipers
pads
rotors
HELP ME FILL THE BLANKS! lol
FINAL ANSWERS ARE IN PURPLE!
FRONT ROTORS!
as far as the front rotors, i last read a thread that ended with themuffinman and another user suggesting to try out a few rotors which consisted of a CL of some odd year range and 92-96 prelude non vtec for the front.
FRONT PADS!/REAR PADS!
94-01 integra brake pads
off of this thread ==> https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/96-itr-brake-tech-thread-514109/
FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS!
44300-S04-A02
90-00 Civic EX, 01-05 Civic, 90-01 Integra, 02-06 RSX
ALL ex wheel bearings 88-00 are equivalent to interga/rsx wheel bearings (i assume)
off of this thread==>http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23137
FRONT HUBS!
44610-S10-000
REAR ROTOR!
96 itr rear rotor specs:
239 mm wide height 48 mm rotor thickness 9 mm min thickness 8
ALTERNATIVE!
alternative to stock caliper or rotor replacement:

FUN FACTS!
1996-2001 CRV front calipers + front disc + booster + master cylinder = 98 spec ITR
2002-2006 CRV front calipers + front disc + booster + master cylinder = EP3 CTR
...will update this post with more facts (hopefully soon)

Sorry, 92-96 Prelude.
If you upgrade to ITR calipers, you can certainly use the Prelude Vtec rotors.
- 92-96 Prelude Vtec 4x114 11" rotor
- 92-96 Prelude Non Vtec 4x114 10.234"

Re: rebuilding 4x114.3 ITR conversion
use rear 1998-ish accord 4-cyl rotors with either ITR rear calipers or RSX Rear calipers. The Rotor works perfectly, i had it on my old hatch.

I'll tell you what I used on my setup
front rotors are prelude non v-tec with a washer on the caliper to make it fit
rear rotors are 96 gsr re drilled by me with a drill press it was really simple
pads are gsr front and rear
ball joints are gsr
and paint the rims blue and call it a day

The '97 3.0CL has a hub over rotor set-up just like the 5th gen Accord. However, the rotor diameter, thickness and bolt pattern is the same as the 98-99 3.0CL. If you have a 94-97 F22 Accord or '97 2.2CL, this is a direct fit 11.1" brake option.

Re: rebuilding 4x114.3 ITR conversion
I can tell you that the "97 CL 2.3 Premium" rear rotors are too big 10.2 inches compared to the integra rear disc being 9.4 inches. I'm in the process of looking for some also. I guess I'm just gonna have to fork over 100 bucks for a pair of the rear rotors. Fastbrake.com.
