I can't wait to see what you numbers you put down after shes tuned as well as I can't wait to see what you can do with her at the track.

Man I am jealous of your build.

But hopefully I can get started on mine in 8 months or so. Only shooting for 300WHP though.

Vids would be sweet.

I will be boosting an LS. I am shooting for between 270-300WHP so I am gonna try and get that with a good tune on a stock block. Just gonna install a Cometic MLS headgasket along with ARP headstuds.

Unless I end up grabbing another LS longblock for fairly cheap(there cheap anyways)and build it before I boost.

But right now I am planning to just boost my current LS for the time being anyways.

you'll make 300 on a stock block but i think the cosmetic head gaskets give you cooling problems i think i read it some where not sure.

Its designed for low end with its really long as runners. That turbo probably wont even be fully spooled by the time the manifold reaches its peak torque range which is like 5 grand.

well today i drove the car around the block a few times just to make sure no leaks after drive for a little bit i wanted to see what the wasgate is set at so i stepped on the gas and it gets to 7 psi then it hit like fuel cut or governer it does this everytime when i had no turbo kit but the 1000cc injectors on the other motor it would rev all the way to 8 fine i didn't get to see what rpm it gets to but its on 7 psi so i took of the vac to the wasegate to see if it would change and nothing samething you know what it fells like when you try and boost more then what the stock map[ can handle that cut off so i was thinking i did order the chip from john vega to have a 3 bar map so i installed my 3 bar and started the car it idles fine but doesn't rev up so i put back the stock map and it revs fine does any one know why this is going on do you think the wastegate isn't opening up
