Default Another Keto log......I'm back

So now a days, I'm 188lbs from my lowest of 170. Although a lot of muscle, some fat and I want to get rid of it. I tried doing the normal 40/40/20 but I notice my body doesn't react to well to carbs, so I've decided to go to keto another time. Before, I lost fat and added muscle as well as having stable energy, focus and no hunger cravings. Well Im starting early and quite extreme.

Plan:
Sun-1500 cals
Mon-1500 cals
Tues-900 cals
Wed- 900 cals
Thur- 1500 cals
Fri- 700 cals before 6pm, which I do my workout and start my carb up where I dont count calories
Sat- still carbing up

I will be doing cardio 4-5x a week and possibly HIIT 2x. I will be weight training 5 days a week in this split

Sun: chest/back
Mon: traps/delts/abs
Tues: off
Wed: legs/abs
Thurs: Bis/Tris
Fri: Depletion workout (hitting all body parts 1 or 2 sets of 20 with light weights)

I will be logging starting today when I wake up.

10:30....2 omega 3 eggs (140 cals) and cheese (150 cals)

2:30....coffee with some half and half

7:30.....low carb whopper juinior at BK (160ish cals)

8:00....another coffee with half and half

9:40.....3 slices roast beef (160 cals) with pepper jack cheese (150 cals) and 3 bite size pieces of chicken breast

12:15...string cheese (80 cals)

4:15am.....a few bit size pieces of grilled chix breast and <1 oz cheese

8:25...3 omega 3 eggs (210 cals) and some f/f cheese (25 cals)

12:45....1/4 rotisserie chicken (white meat) with skin, 1 tbsp mayo, small side salad with tsp olive oil dressing and suateed green beans

5:00.....coffee with half and half

11:00.....6 eggs and 2 pieces bacon...made with margarine...from dennys....badddd lol

12:15....3 bite size pieces fried tilapia

8:50.....3 eggs (210 cals) w/ f/f cheese (25 cals)

12:25.....1/2 chipotle bowl (chicken, steak, sour cream, cheese, a little bit tomatoes and lettuce)

6:45....workout..hour lift for arms

8:25....other 1/2 of Chipotle bowl and I added some steamed cabbage

11:35....some cheese (150ish cals) and a bite size piece of fried fish

12:20......coffee with cream....I think she used A LOT of cream

4:00.....3 slices roast beef (150 cals) and cheese stick (80 cals)

8:00....cheese stick (80 cals)

10:45....workout #1.....30 minutes of shooting hoops, then 30 minutes on elliptical

12:45...salmon (350 cals) and salad mix with 1/2 tbsp italian dressing (20 cals)

5:55....cheese stick (80 cals)

6:20.....workout#2......20 minute lift for delts and traps, then 50 minutes on elliptical for 810 cal burn

7:50.....1/4 rotisserie chicken (white meat) w/ skin with 1 tbsp mayo sauce and sauteed green beans

12:00....3 alcoholic beverages..bad..I know

1:15am.....1/4 rotisserie chicken (white meat) w/ skin with 1 tbsp mayo sauce and and some peas

12:20pm....2 omega 3 eggs (160 cals)

2:00....1 can tuna (175 cals) with 2 tbsp light mayo (70 cals) and celery

3:00.....2 slices turkey bacon (70 cals)

Ended up carbing up for the rest of the day......didnt want to, but workouts were suffering and thought it would be best

1:45....2 eggs (160 cals) with a little cheese (25 cals)

2:30ish....had a cheese and deli meat sample at grocery store

4:30....salad with grilled chicken....dressing (20 cals)

6:50....3 eggs (210 cals) and 1 slice cheese (60 cals)

7:15...more cheese lol (105 cals)

10:00....a little more cheese and some broccoli and cauliflower

12:00.....a lot more cheese

Ate a lot mor ethan I should have...primarily in cheese lol. Im going to calm down the cheese....I've truly just been super cheese happy.

What style of keto diet are you doing?

Most that I have read require a higher intake of fats.

Body opus for example.

I remember seeing your pics from back in the day

12:25....salmon fillet (370 cals)

3:50.....a few slices 50% reduced fat cheese (70 cals)

5:25....5 omega 3 eggs (350 cals) and 2 turkey sausages (120 cals)

8:15.....1 scoop N.O. Shotgun and some brie cheese

9:15-11:00....workout....lift for chest, then 30 minutes on elliptical

11:40....some nuts and a bag of pork rinds (320 cals)

3:00....deli chicken breast (120 cals) and cheese (50 cals)

9:10...Sludge lol (1 scoop whey (120 cals) and 2 tbsp natty pb (180 cals)) and some cheese (100 cals)

2:35....salmon fillet (370 cals) and cheese (35 cals)

4:40....a little Pre workout cheese (150 cals)

6:15....workout....1 hour 15 minute lift for back, then 30 minutes on elliptical for 455 cal burn

8:50....1/2 chorizo sausage, 1/8 rotisserie chicken (white meat) w/ skin, 1/2 piece of a a small piece of carne asada, salad w/ no dressing, sauteed green beans and 2 tbsp mayo.......HUGE MEAL, LAST MEAL, HAPPY PWO MEAL

12:20.....bag of pork rinds (320 cals) and some brie (230 cals)

1:30....some ground beef and more cheese

Ate a lot today...need to settle out..especially on the cheese

Sludge is awesome, so is the low carb protein brownie. (Basically microwaved sludge)

I was "ehh" with my sludgelol. I used ON whey..I dont know if scivation tastes better or what. It wasnt horrible. a packet of splenda would have made it a lot better

2:50pm....3 omega 3 eggs (210 cals) with 2 turkey sausage patties (120 cals) and half & half (40 cals) in my coffee

5:30....workout...1 hour lift for legs followed by 30 minutes on elliptical for 420 cal burn

7:35....1/2 qdoba bowl (chicken, beef, salsa, sour cream, cheese lettuce)

9:30....other 1/2 of bowl plus cheese (35 cals)

12:00....a bunch of cheese

2:00...2 slices cheese (35 cals) and some deli meat (120ish cals)

3:05am.....sludge brownie (1 scoop why (120 cals), a few almonds, 1 tbsp pb (90 cals) and 2 tbsp half and half (40 cals))

Once again...ate too much. Im trying to do 1500 cals...but i keep going around 2000

7:10....a chicken breast (150 cals) with bacon (70 cals) and cheese (80 cals)

8:45....1 tbsp H&H (20 cals) in my coffee

10:00....workout.... 40 minute lift for bis/tris, then 1 hour elliptical for 745 cal burn

12:00.....filet mignon (290 cals) a bunch of cheese, and shrimp.....snacked on keto type foods like cheese and such as well

11:00.....muscle milk light (160 cals, 9g carbs, 5g fiber)

12:05....workout...10 minutes of abs, then 50 minutes on elliptical for 665 cal burn

1:45....steamed broccoli with 1 omega 3 egg (80 cals)

8:30.....started carb up... a lot of protein and carbs.....will end carb up Sat. Night

what is your purpose for going on keto? Results from keto are only temporary and is designed for people that are epileptic.

Well, losing fat is my first purpose. Beyond that, I just function better low carb. I dont get tired, I have steady energy levels and I dont crash. I will probably just do keto to get it's fat loss effects and then come back off, then come one again......I just notice I function better

12:40.....4 eggs (320 cals)

3:10....workout.....1 hour lift for chest

5:00......grilled chicken salad

8:00....3 chicken wings, turkey, cheese and a little spinach dip

12:45....some 80/20 ground beef with reduced fat cheese

2:20...pork rinds (160 cals)

8:40....small piece of 80/20 ground beef with reduced fat cheese (<150 cals whole thing)

11:00......slim jim beef stick (110 cals)

2:30.....hamburger (350ish cals) with 1 piece of cheese (15 cals)

5:00....some half and half (40 cals) in my coffee

8:00....sausage (200 cals) with broccoli (50 cals) and 1 egg (80 cals)

9:30....workout....45 minutes lifting for back, then 45 minutes on elliptical for 590 cal burn

11:50....1 can tuna (150 cals), 2tbsp light mayo (70 cals) and 2tbsp natural pb (180 cals)

12:40....salad with Lettuce/spinach mix, chicken, pepperoni, olives, a little onion, eggs and a tiny bit of lite ranch

5:30.....some eggplant, 3 bitesize pieces of chicken and cheese (200 cals)

8:30....1/2 sludge brownie (1/2 scoop whey (60 cals), 1 tbsp natty pb (90 cals) and 1 tbsp H&H (20 cals)) and a piece of cheese (50 cals)

11:00......cheese, pork rinds and 4 slices bacon(75 cals)

ate a little more than I wanted today

6:15....Qdoba Bowl (Chicken, steak, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and lettuce)

7:30....2 tbsp H&H (40 cals) in my coffee

10:35....workout....50 mins on elliptical for 740 cal burn

11:40......1 can tuna (150 cals), 2 tbsp light mayo (70 cals) with some eggplant and 1 chicken wing
