i tested this header on my car and saw gains over my tri-y through out the graph. and that was just on my b16. already sold my tri-y and placed my order for this one. cant wait to put in on my gsr. fit and finish is awesome. it really is a quality piece

Compared to a tri-y it was about the same, maybe 1/8in lower at most

Ill be honest never tested this against a MUGEN header, and i hate to make a generalized comparison saying "yes it beats everything"
but the years of testing i have done, i have never seen a Tri-Y of any design beat the narrow. you can search my name and look.
BOth headers are a good buy, really depends on your setup.
