My 1988 YR88 wagon
LOWERED, REBUILT SWAP, AND READY FOR MORE!!
This is my 88 wagon. Not built yet, but here is a thread show casing it from earlier this year when I got it until now.
Day I bought it.
Next was time for some touching up, first I peeled the stickers off the windows/bumpers. Painted the trim, skirts, bumpers, wiper arms flat black. I got rear mud flaps for it as well and new headlights. Oh yea, I also sanded down and painted my stock wheels.
I had a field day with pictures after washing it a few weeks back. Here are some of mine (at night) with two other local members. Bam-Bam and B18c5-eh2.
Waxed my car for the first time. I'd like to get around to clay baring and waxing with a few more coats.
I actually talked a guy down to $150 for these first gen MR2 basketweaves. The center bore is 2mm too small but I had then machined out. 4x100 14's. These will go on my almond cream wagon and the LS mesh went on my blue wagon.
Got my Tamiya clear orange paint. Painted the new corners and bumper, and I picked up my new wheels from a friend locally.
I lowered the car on skunk2 coilovers. Had a terrible fitting nose mask.
Stock with the LS:
Afterwards.
I had to get some 90-91 lca's to drop the back another two-three inches.
Got the Si lca's on as well as the MR2 rims. I'm very mad I forgot my camera when I went out to Tom's shop, no wagon pictures. But here are some of just mine lowered at DD height!
The fence in the last one makes it look wayyy low! lol
Just some other pictures taken around the time of my drop.
That was the seized bolt that gave us the hardest time!
New headliner, cup holder ''mod'', and seat covers. As well as some stickers.
I recently had to replace my pm5 ecu since it got wet and died on me. Looking to get my windshield resealed soon, new speakers in the doors and the pods installed. Then comes a ls swap and paint with matching bumpers. I post in the EE Squad thread almost daily but it doesn't count my posts there. But here it is so far.

I haven't put it on yet since I want it on my windshield and I want to have it resealed first. I'm shooting for this weekend.

Re: (BigDare23)
I've got one. I took my bumper cover off yesterday to mount it today but it's raining. So...my car is sitting like this. Thanks Darryl!

Got some tan Integra seats for the front, an 87 Integra front lip and shift ****, a five panel mirror, and a new rear tail light that doesn't have a hole in it. It's only really noticeable in person though.
Also started to clean my bay up some since I had NEVER degreased it since I'd gotten it.

After:
Not done with the bay but it was ****ING COLD so I stopped. lol
