That's fast. Too bad the owner of the car must be as dumb as a stump. To this day, I cannot understand why someone would want to go almost 160 mph without some sort of safety equipment

Hired gun or not, on any car owner that builds a car like that without anything in it.

thats really great, rally!

But now lets play by the damn rules and add all the weight of all of our safety equipment, cages, parachutes, windown nets, etc.

I mean they put out "rules" for a reason, not for some of us, all of us.

I guess next time i get booted or something im just gonna say "well buschur can do it, why cant i?"

Im really surprised the track hasnt been in any trouble for letting them do that over and over again.

Wonder how buschur would feel if his hired driver crashed?

I just dont understand why someone that influential in import racing would let this happen, and totally condone it. WOW

they dont get booted because the track was rented privately...safety is all on the renter...im sure the driver of the car realizes the car doesnt have any safety equipment, its his choice to keep pushing his luck...the car is sick though, didnt think id see 9's on a little t3 now they are almost in the 8's

Why all the hostility about the safety equipment? You all aren't driving it. Dave has already told everyone that the car was driven to and from the shop and having a cage on the street without a helmet is worse than driving on the track without one. Imagine putting your family in a car with a cage in it

Simple Luke. There are safety standards that all of us are held to. And he's not following the program. If you don't want to play by the rules then don't go down the track. Pretty simple really. I have no problem with someone wanting to go fast and not have a cage in a real street car, but don't take it to the track. I mean obviously he's a twat and wants to street race and drive an 8 second race on the street.

Why the hostility? Where do we begin? The guy is a goof, and calls all our honda's POS junk cars that are unsafe. The only thing safe about this guy is his sweet supercuts moustache trim. (i'd ask for a refund). This is the same guy (who looks JUST like the gay biker from the village people) who lies cheats and steals his way through life, ripping off mitsu owners all over the net. All the while knocking everybody else's stuff.

ALMOST 8's Not quite 8's. Like he tried to say his racecar was an 8 sec car, only ran an 8 once. same guy who banned another competitor from his precious shootout cause he didn't want to get beat again.

T1 on the other hand HAS ACTUALLY RAN 8's AND backed it up, with all the proper safety equipment AND in competition, while always remaining a PROFESSIONAL. That is the kind of guy that deserves HT respect, not this douchebag

That is a stupid comparison. You get in trouble on a bike you fall off and slide on your leathers. You get in trouble in a car your stuck inside for the ride. You don't have the option to get away from the large tumbling metal object in a car, that's why they need a cage.

This guy is a Royal Retard.... the funny part is, he seems to pride himself on the fact that it doesnt have a cage. Being that the guy in the car panned the camera all around so he can show off the lack of safety equipment, hes exploiting his lack of brain cells..

And to anybody who has to ask why the hostility towards lack of safety equipment obviously has not raced or had a close one hurt in a racing accident...

its one thing to have such a low regard for personal safety, as well as other peoples safety, but who is he that he doesnt have to adhere to the same rules as everybody else?

REDICULOUS
