InjectorDynamics.com Bosch 1000cc
Hey guys, thought these might of interest to alot of the Honda guys. Bosch's newest generation injectors are now available in a 1000cc saturated injector. They are a 48mm long body, shorter than normal injectors. The adaptor tops make them "normal" 60mm length and adapt them to 11mm (B series) or 14mm (K series) orings. The K series guys can run the injectors with no adaptors at all and they are the same length as the OEM rsx injectors so no spacers needed on the rail. These have a droplet size comparable to a 600cc Siemens injector and way better spray pattern and atomization than any other 1000cc injector on the market. The proper battery comp values are also provided with each set so you can set it up in your computer and have consistent a/f ratios as battery voltage fluctuates. Most other injectors don't offer that information at anything other than 1 voltage level.

I've got an idea, but that's not what this post is about. lol Just letting people know about a new product that will make many people's life easier and better!

Have you used them on any cars yet Tony? Nice, no need for a resistor box with 1000's!! Sweet.
PMed you Tony.

How are these idling at 14-15:1 a/f's? The RCs have been the only 1000cc's that i have found to idle decent at 900-1000 rpm at 14-15 a/f with just a resistor box. Cool product though.

Re: (EGB18CT)
Here are some advantages:
High Impedance, no need for injector drivers or injector resistors
High pressure capability, All injectors will run comfortably at 100psi above 10v, flow will be increased by approximately 50% at 100psi
High duty cycle, with a recovery time of only 1ms, all injectors will run up to 92.5% duty cycle at 9k rpm and 95% duty cycle at 6k rpm while maintaining linearity within 1%
Excellent low pulsewidth response, linearity within 2% all the way down to 2ms, predictable response down to 1.5ms. Using a 3 dimensional battery comp table with Motec V3 software, low pulsewidth response can be linearized to practically zero flow.
Good atomization, Droplet size of the 1000cc injector is comparable to the Siemens Mototron 60lb injector, and is far better than the Multec 95lb, Standard Motor Products (RC) 1000cc and Siemens 72 and 83lb injectors.
Excellent consistency, no sets will require more than a 1% trim
Ruler flat response, unmatched linearity means easy tuning and accurate compensations.

Re: (siblues)
I wish I had known about these when I bought the RC's...I would have waited to avoid using a resistor box... haha. Nice product though and thanks for the heads up

I think I'll wait for the ebay knock-offs next month. They seem to love Bosch.
I think the battery offsets is something to love just by itself. May I ask, are these ball or disc style? For the rest, Seimens [Deka] injectors are generally ball-style, which offers an excellent pattern and droplet size. They also do 120psi IIRC, so I'd imagine these are a more modern ball-style too.

Re: (tony1)
I really like them being saturated and no problem taking the pressures. That's especially useful for the high boost folks because I hate being nervous all the time when cranking fuel pressures above 75 PSI during full boost
Just the fact that they don't require a resistor box or driver will definitely offset the costs involved with running large injectors. I think these injectors will sell really well

Re: (The sweed)
I haven't compared the two on a flowbench, but i can tell you from tuning both that these are much better. The injectors with better atomization will run leaner without misfiring and the MSD's are actually some of the worst i've seen in that aspect. These injectors have a very good spray pattern and atomization.
